With a strong reputation for innovation, quality, and technical expertise, the business is entering an exciting phase of growth and is seeking a Sales & Marketing Director to lead its commercial strategy.
This is a senior leadership appointment with full responsibility for driving revenue growth, strengthening market positioning, and aligning sales and marketing into a single, high-performing function.
The role
Reporting at board level, the Sales & Marketing Director will define and deliver the commercial strategy across pharma and lifestyle sectors. You will lead and develop sales and marketing teams, grow key accounts, and identify new market opportunities while working closely with design, manufacturing, and operations.
Key responsibilities include:
* Owning and executing the sales and marketing strategy
* Driving sustainable growth across existing and new customers
* Leading, coaching, and developing sales and marketing teams
* Building strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners
* Translating market and customer insight into compelling commercial propositions
* Ensuring close alignment between commercial activity and operational capability
The candidate
Our client is looking for a commercially astute leader with a proven track record of delivering growth in a manufacturing-led, B2B environment. Experience within packaging, pharma, regulated manufacturing, or adjacent sectors will be highly advantageous.
