Job Summary
We are seeking a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurseto join our growing team at New England Home Health Services. Forthis role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to a medically complex pediatricclient in theirhome, ensuring their needs are met with compassion and professionalism.
* This caseis looking to fill shiftsWednesdays 9a-4pm and Thursdays 8a-3p
Competitive hourly pay
* $38.00 to $60.34 based on discipline and experience
Responsibilities
* Provide direct nursing care to clients in their home, including medication administration and monitoring vital signs.
* Develop and implement individualized care plans based on client needs.
* Educate clients and their families about health management and disease prevention.
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
* Document client progress and maintain accurate medical records.
* Assist with case management duties as needed, coordinating services for clients.
Requirements
* Current Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of MA.
* Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and basic life support techniques.
* Experience working with medically complex clients preferred, but not required.
* Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and families.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a home health setting.
