Senior EPM Consultant

Henderson Drake is supporting a growing EPM consultancy that is expanding its Workday Adaptive Planning capability. As part of this growth, they are looking to bring in experienced EPM delivery consultants who are interested in learning a modern, forward-thinking planning platform.
This role is ideal for delivery consultants currently working with tools such as OneStream, Oracle EPM, Anaplan, SAP SAC/BPC, or similar, who wants to broaden their skill set and gain exposure to a leading cloud-based planning solution.
What you will be doing
* Contribute to end-to-end planning implementations, building experience in Workday Adaptive Planning
* Translate FP&A requirements into structured planning models across P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow
* Support configuration of key platform components including models, reports, and workflows
* Work closely with finance teams to improve budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning processes
* Take part in workshops, testing cycles, and user training
* Collaborate with senior consultants to ensure delivery quality and best practice
* Gradually take on more ownership as platform expertise develops
What you will bring
* Experience delivering EPM solutions in a consulting or project environment (e.g. OneStream, Oracle EPM, Anaplan, SAP SAC/BPC, or similar)
* Solid understanding of FP&A processes such as budgeting, forecasting, and planning
* Strong interest in learning Workday Adaptive Planning
* Comfortable working in client-facing roles and engaging with stakeholders
* Structured approach to delivery and problem-solving
* Background in accounting or finance is beneficial
