Overview:
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team at ecoSense Cleaning. The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing HR and ensuring that HR operations run smoothly.
Responsibilities will include the below tasks but are not limited to these.
1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business requirements
2. Oversee the recruitment and selection process
3. Review / check Onboarding Process
4. Oversee TUPE
5. Fully manage employee / client relations and engagement
6. Manage Employee Wellbeing
7. Fully manage Investigations and Disciplinary hearings
8. Provide advice and guidance to Site Coordinating Team Leader & HR Admin Team
9. Ensure compliance with employment law and regulations
10. Provide regular reports to Senior Management
11. Assistance with payroll data input and queries
Requirements:
12. Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
13. Excellent knowledge of HR policies and procedures
14. Strong knowledge of employment law and regulations
15. Experience of managing the recruitment and selection process
16. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
17. Excellent organizational and time management skills
18. CIPD qualification preferred however experience will be considered too
