Account Manager – Public Sector & NHS Focus
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45 AM – 5:30 PM
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Up to £40,000 per year plus commission

As part of our expansion, we're seeking a driven and professional Account Manager to join our head-office team, with a key focus on supporting and growing our Public Sector client base—particularly NHS organisations.
This is a varied and strategic office-based role that combines account management, business development, and customer support. It offers excellent long-term growth potential within a progressive and forward-thinking organisation.
Role Overview
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for proactively and reactively managing a portfolio of new and existing clients, with a strong emphasis on Public Sector customers. You will play a key role in maintaining long-term relationships and identifying opportunities to deliver added value through our range of telecom solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow a dynamic portfolio of accounts including Public Sector and NHS accounts
* Build and maintain strong, credible relationships with key stakeholders
* Identify and capitalize on cross-selling and up-selling opportunities
* Proactively generate new business within the Public Sector
* Respond to inbound sales inquiries and convert leads into long-term clients
* Meet and exceed individual sales targets and campaign objectives
Essential Skills and Experience
* Experience in proactive sales and account development
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport
* Proactive, target-driven mindset with a commitment to delivering results
* Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities under pressure
* Positive, enthusiastic, and professional approach
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
* Demonstrated success in an office-based sales environment
* Experience in proactive sales and account development
* Familiarity with telecom solutions or a technical sales environment
* Account management experience within the Corporate Sector, particularly the NHS
