Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define and document business and technical requirements for digital banking initiatives.
2. Lead analysis of customer journeys, digital onboarding, payments, and self-service capabilities.
3. Translate business needs into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria using agile methodologies.
4. Facilitate agile ceremonies and support product owners with backlog prioritisation and sprint planning.
5. Conduct impact assessments, regulatory gap analyses, and feasibility studies.
6. Partner with UX/UI teams to ensure intuitive, accessible, andpliant digital experiences.
7. Support testing, validation, and go-live readiness for digital banking features.
8. Promote agile best practices and drive continuous improvement across delivery teams.
Skills & Experience
9. Minimum 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst in digital banking or fintech environments.
10. Proven track record in agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
11. Strong understanding of digital banking products such as mobile banking, digital onboarding, payments, and open banking.
12. Proficiency with tools including JIRA, Confluence, Figma, and Azure DevOps.
13. Excellent stakeholder engagement andmunication skills.
14. Familiarity with banking regulations including PSD2, KYC/AML, and GDPR.
