We’relooking for anOrthopaedicClinical Nurse Specialistto join our team atThe Princess Grace Hospital, currently rated “Good” by the CQC. Located in the heart of London, our hospital isrecognisedfor its advanced surgical services and patient-centredcare. Ourorthopaedicdepartmentspecialisesin complex inpatient surgery, including hip, knee, shoulder,ankleand sports injuries, supported by modern facilities and a highly skilled multidisciplinary team.
As anOrthopaedicClinical Nurse Specialist,you’llplay a vital role in delivering expert, patient-focused care across the entire pathway. Day to day,you’llcoordinate electiveorthopaedicpathways from referral to discharge, run nurse-led clinics, support consultants during ward rounds and MDTs, and lead patient education through joint school and post-op follow-up.You’llbe the trusted point of contact for patients and families, ensuring a seamless experience and driving quality improvements across the service.

Whatyou’llbring:
1. NMC registration with anOrthopaediccourse
2. Strong clinical assessment and autonomous decision-making skills
3. Proven experience across elective surgical pathways
4. Clear communication with patients,consultantsand MDTs
5. Organisedapproach to managing workload and patient flow
6. Completed relevant post graduate module(level6 or7)
