About The Role: A prestigious London-based interior design studio is seeking both a Senior and a Mid-Weight Interior Designer to join its growing team. Senior Interior Designer Key Responsibilities: Lead creative development across hospitality projects Translate conceptual direction into detailed drawing packages Oversee FF&E selection, sourcing, and specification to a high standard Develop and deliver compelling client presentations Liaise with consultants, suppliers, and procurement teams Review shop drawings and ensure quality across all phases Attend site visits and assist during installations Mentor midweight and junior designers Key Requirements: 8 years’ experience in high-end hospitality interior design Strong technical ability with confidence producing full drawing packages Excellent eye for materials, detailing, and spatial design Leadership ability and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset Fluent in AutoCAD, InDesign, and Photoshop; FF&E management tools a plus Confident communicator with strong organisational skills Midweight Interior Designer Key Responsibilities: Support senior designers in delivering creative concepts and maintaining design intent Assist in preparing client presentations, mood boards, and design documentation Contribute to detailed drawing packages and FF&E coordination Source finishes and materials, and write specifications for fixed elements Prepare lighting layouts and assist with documentation Stay current with supplier knowledge and industry trends Understand and apply relevant building regulations Requirements: 4 years’ experience in hospitality and/or high-end commercial interior design Proficiency in AutoCAD, InDesign, and Photoshop Solid FF&E knowledge and keen attention to detail Ability to manage deadlines and take initiative within a collaborative team Good understanding of both classic and contemporary design styles Strong verbal and written communication skills To apply for this position please click on the apply button to attach your CV (and portfolio for design positions).
