You will be responsible for retrieving data from the system and creating reports as needed. This includes interpreting data to highlight patterns or potential issues and communicating any concerns to key stakeholders.
You will maintain the accuracy and reliability of customer records through regular data checks.
You will provide day-to-day IT support to staff, including resolving access issues and resetting passwords.
You will set up IT accounts and equipment for new employees.
You will liaise with external IT providers for technical support and work with the website provider to manage and update the company website.
