We are looking to appoint a committed, hard working and enthusiastic and talented Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) Level 4 to work in our school from January 2026.
The successful candidate will also be required to cover/teach whole classes of all ages (3 to 11 years old) across the school to provide some teachers PPA. They will also be responsible for providing cover for teachers for planned CPD, sickness cover or in releasing teachers to work with specific groups of pupils. Experience of whole class teaching/cover would therefore be highly desirable alongside providing effective interventions. Specifically, we are looking for somebody who can also lead on parental engagement and events coordination across the school.
The person will join a supportive and hard-working team and must be committed to accelerating pupil progress. The successful candidate must have high standards and expectations of both themselves and for the children in their class.
