Job Overview: We are looking for a driven, dedicated and passionate Technical Surveyor to join our fast-growing team who would like to be part of the team making BOXT an international household name. As a Technical Surveyor, you will play a fundamental part in supporting our growth and ambition by engaging with our customers to carry out desktop surveys prior to the installation day, to ensure when our engineers are on site they can complete the installation to the exceptionally high standards that BOXT have become renowned for. You will be required to: Deal remotely with onsite installation issues. Remotely assist engineers that are on site, offering technical solutions where required. Communicate clearly to customers offering solutions, recommendations, and reassurance. Who you are: Have ACS Qualifications CCN1, CENWAT (minimum requirement) Have a minimum of 5 years boiler Installation and repair experience with fault finding skills on all domestic gas boilers Previous experience in field supervision or management position Have excellent customer service skills Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Computer Literate (the role will require you to use a range of Microsoft/Google software) Ability to work well under pressure. Full driver’s license Clear and effective communication skills Well organised and friendly Confident personality Who excels in this role?
