About the job :
You'll provide an administration service to support all HR Operations activities ensuring relevant processes are adhered to consistently and in line with SLA's. A big part of the role will be responding to colleague's queries often liaising with various functions and departments across the organisation to ensure resolution. This role offers variety and the opportunity to be involved in a multitude of work and process improvements to deliver enhancement to the service offering for our people.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Some of the areas you'll be involved in are:
1. HR Inbox management, providing support across a wide range of topics
2. Updating and ensuring our HR data is accurate across a variety of platforms
3. Note taking at meetings, summarising key topics discussed and producing minutes
4. Administration of processes for formal reward & recognition scheme
5. Colleague benefits promotion, including sign-up, communications, and general enquiries.
6. Supporting with ad-hoc administration and data requests
You'll need to be:
7. A proactive problem-solver who can build successful working relationships within HR and across the organisation
8. An experienced administrator with strong attention to detail
9. Able to work under pressure whilst maintaining efficiency and accuracy
10. Highly organised and able to work to tight deadlines
As a minimum, you will need to have:
11. Excellent customer service and communication skills
12. Experience of note taking at meetings and handling confidential information
13. Competent in the use of Microsoft packages
14. Experience of providing HR Administration support ideally within a shared service environment providing colleagues guidance in line with HR best practice.
About the location: The office is based at Milford House, Swindon however hybrid working is possible.
