Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the autocentre team to achieve business targets and deliver an excellent customer journey
* Drive customer satisfaction and ensure high standards of service delivery
* Provide coaching, development and in-the-moment training to staff
* Ensure compliance with Health and Safety standards and other regulatory requirements
* Manage high sales turnover and performance against KPIs
* Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams

Skills and experience
* Fantastic leadership and team management skills within the automotive or similar industry
* Experience delivering high customer satisfaction and effective management
* Engaging and motivational, coaching-based approach to team development and in-the-moment training
* Experience meeting compliance standards across Health and Safety
* Experience with high sales turnover and managing KPIs
* Excellent communication skills, verbally and written
* IT proficiency and willingness to learn in-house systems
* Good time management
* A current valid driving licence
