The Role
As the HR/QSE Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our Cookstown plant by delivering effective HR services and ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards. This is a varied role, offering exposure to both HR and QSE functions, and would suit someone with strong organisational skills, independence, and a drive to make a positive impact. Experience in either HR or QSE is preferable.
Key Responsibilities
HR:
Act as the first point of contact for HR queries.
Maintain accurate HR documentation and databases in line with legislation.
Lead recruitment, onboarding, induction, and probation reviews.
Support managers with performance management, employee relations, and investigations.
Prepare contracts, right-to-work checks, and statutory reports (Equality, Article 55).
Liaise with payroll to resolve queries and maintain employee records.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and update HR communications.
QSE:
Maintain and update QSE documentation, policies, and records.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Support audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Coordinate QSE-related training and promote a culture of safety and responsibility.
Stay informed on relevant legislation and ensure organisational compliance.
Who We're Looking For
Previous experience in HR or QSE is preferable
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information confidentially
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
