Your New RoleAs a Portfolio Surveyor, you'll take ownership of a dynamic commercial property portfolio, driving lettings, lease performance, and asset enhancement. You'll manage everything from rent reviews and inspections to compliance and valuations, contributing directly to both financial performance and service excellence. This role offers the opportunity to make an impact through proactive asset management in a forward-thinking environment.
What You'll Need to Succeed
* RICS-accredited degree and current RICS membership
* At least 3 years of post-qualification experience in commercial property
* Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
* Excellent attention to detail and confident communication skills
* Commercial acumen and a full UK Driving Licence
