Salary: £100–£165 per day (dependent on experience)

The Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will ensure continuity of learning during teacher absences by supervising lessons using pre‑prepared work. You play a vital role in maintaining a calm, safe, and productive classroom environment.
You will:
* Supervise classes across a range of subjects using set lesson plans
* Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
* Create a positive, respectful learning environment
* Support pupils with tasks and ensure work is completed
* Build quick, professional relationships with pupils and staff
Who We’re Looking For
* Experience working with children or young people (schools, tutoring, youth work, coaching, etc.)
* Confident classroom presence with strong behaviour management skills
* Calm, professional, and adaptable approach
* Reliable, organised, and flexible
* A genuine interest in education and supporting pupil development
No QTS required – full guidance and ongoing support provided.
