As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth transition from offer to completion and ensuring all documentation is finalised and compliant.

* Proven experience working in a sales team for a new build housing developer
* Strong communication skills
* Excellent documentation control
* Keen eye for detail
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle incoming calls, emails, and website enquiries from potential buyers.
* Liaise with solicitors to ensure paperwork is issued on time, such as contracts and enquiries.
* Ensure everyone has up-to-date sales information.
* Update price lists, brochures, and property schedules.
* Maintain CRM systems
* Book appointments and viewings for Sales Advisors.
