Randstad Education is recruiting a specialist Autism Lead Tutor to join a pioneering 16-25 provision in Cambridge. Operating from a meticulously restored barn, this role moves away from the traditional institution in favour of a therapeutic learning landscape. Here, open fields replace corridors and the natural world becomes a catalyst for student growth.
This is a full time permanent position and you will be required to support five days a week Monday - Friday inline with school hours.

Responsibilities:
* Design and lead a bespoke, learner-led curriculum centered on the "Pathways to Adulthood."
* Direct and mentor a small team of 1:1 support staff to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.
* Create meaningful, hands-on learning experiences utilising the rural setting and wildlife.
* Manage all assessments and documentation during your dedicated weekly "admin day."
* Partner with the Mental Health Support Worker to integrate emotional well being into daily learning.
Preferred Skills:
* Deep understanding of sensory processing, communication barriers, and complex needs.
* Ability to translate long-term goals into engaging, individualised daily projects.
* Proven experience delegating to and motivating support staff.
* Skilled in non-traditional, therapeutic teaching methods without the constraints of Ofsted.
* A full, clean driving licence and access to a car.
