* Develop and implement the strategy to achieve profitable growth and increase customer lifetime value through digital media marketing campaigns, generating response and driving engaged traffic to our web site.
* Manage all stages of the customer sales funnel optimising response and conversion rates at each point.
* You’ll lead on PPC and digital media strategy and campaigns, being the owner of all paid media campaigns.
* A hands-on role you’ll set up, develop, and manage performance on all PPC and digital media campaigns, ensuring ROI is delivered, providing analysis and results on a regular basis.
* Develop, maintain, and optimise a robust PPC copy bank ensuring alignment with wider campaign messaging.
* Collaborating with the wider marketing and in-house creative team you’ll ensure that all digital marketing activity is fully integrated with all other campaign activity, on brand and in line with current messaging.
* Ensure that all necessary audit, compliance and information security policies and procedures and regulatory requirements are followed.
* Measure and report channel and KPI performance across agreed metrics, proactively recommending actions to ensure targets are achieved.
* Evaluate new opportunities and propositions that will create future growth and transformation across all digital media channels.
* Keep up to date with industry best practice and monitoring competitor activities.
* Accountable for delivering profitable growth against agreed KPI’s.
* Ensure appropriate budgetary controls are in place, managing the digital media budget.
* Work across Team, providing support and cover as required.
