Your new role As a HR Coordinator, you will support the HR Shared Services Centre by coordinating a variety of tasks.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Issuing contracts and onboarding documentation for new starters
2. Processing leavers and employee transfers
3. Logging and monitoring sickness and absence
4. Raising purchase orders using SAP
5. Responding to reference requests
6. Maintaining accurate electronic personnel records
7. Supporting audits, HR Business Partners, and ad hoc projects such as TUPE and system implementations
What you’ll need to succeed
* Experience working in a HR department
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
