Our client, an established production company based in East Sussex, are looking for a Manufacturing Assistant to join their growing team.
Salary: £27,000
Hours: full time, permanent, Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm with breaks
Ideal candidate: must drive due to location, experience in chemical handling essential and forklift licence preferable
Responsibilities include:
- Manufacturing products to set schedules and standards
- Setting up and running down equipment and manufacturing runs
- Ensuring stock rotation of bulk products
- Handling chemicals in a warehouse environment
- Possible manual handling of products, including heavy lifting
