Creative & Localisation Producer | Global Technology Brand

About the Role We are looking for a driven and super-organised Creative & Localisation Producer to join the internal Creative and Brand Studio of a leading global consumer electronics and smart home technology brand. In this role, you will manage the creation and localisation of our digital advertising campaigns and product launch assets for International territories. This encompasses managing everything from video animation and design ideation to delivery, cultural checks, transcreation, QC, post-production, and asset traffic.
You will be responsible for building effective partnerships with other producers, the internal studio team, and the wider global marketing and product marketing departments. You will independently manage the production and localisation of small- and medium-scale omnichannel campaigns across digital channels for European and International locales.
Important Note: Your first 3 months will focus heavily on launching new, market-leading products from the USA into our EU/International territories. This will involve creating paid media campaigns and helping with the localisation of existing ATL campaigns for new locales.
Key Responsibilities
* End-to-End Campaign Management: Independently manage the creation and localisation of integrated campaigns for the UK and Europe across diverse digital media channels (OLV, Social, Digital, (D)OOH, Web, CRM).
* Production & QC: Work internally or with external creative production partners to manage approvals and QC processes, ensuring accurate completion across a high volume of assets.
* Media Coordination: Liaise with EU and International marketing teams and media agencies to agree on media formats and deliverables lists for all channels.
* Asset Trafficking: Guarantee the accurate, timely, and approved delivery of assets to media owners.
* Technical Expertise: Actively seek to maintain expert knowledge on media formats and technical specifications across existing and emerging channels.
* Resource Scheduling: Collaborate with external agencies, Producers, Post Producers, Project Managers, Campaign Managers, Studio Managers, and Creative Leads to identify and schedule resources based on specific campaign needs.
* Process Improvement: Define and continually improve processes and supporting tools for project management, with a strong focus on localisation.
Basic Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience in transcreation project management, localisation, and integrated production (working at a transcreation/post-production agency or an in-house localisation team).
* Proven experience managing creation, transcreation, and localisation across multiple locales and channels: TV, Radio, OLV, Digital, Print, Social, and (D)OOH.
* Native-level proficiency in at least one other European language.
* Strong experience working with Media Plans and collaborating with global/local cross-functional stakeholders.
* Exceptional project management and timelining skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
* Strong Asana skills are a strict requirement.
* Confident and comfortable with new AI production technologies and workflows, with an eagerness to learn and master new tools.
* Bonus: Proficiency in Figma.
