Nursery Assistant - L3
* Hourly Rate: £13.70 - £15.50
* Hours: Varied shifts between 7:30AM to 6:00PM
* Location: Edenbridge, Kent

Day-to-day of the role:
* Support the delivery of creative learning activities for children, based on the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
* Assist with the planning and preparation of activities to meet children's individual needs.
* Engage in play-based activities that encourage learning and development.
* Ensure the health and safety of children at all times.
* Observe, assess, and record each child's progress, sharing outcomes with parents and colleagues.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised environment for children.
* Participate in team meetings and contribute to the nursery's continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Must hold a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare.
* A valid DBS on the update service is essential.
* Experience in an early years setting is highly desirable.
* Strong understanding of the EYFS and child development.
* A caring and positive attitude, with a genuine passion for early years education.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work as part of a team and to build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
