We're seeking a future team member for the role of Demand Generation Managerto join our Enterprise Marketing team. This hybrid role is located in London, UK
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
* Development of demand generation implementation plan and 12-18 month roadmap, including a marketing calendar to ensure full visibility across all activities. This would be developed in conjunction with the wider Digital Demand team, as well as marketing teams within the enterprise.
* Development of BNY Mellon's approach to Account-Based Marketing, for all areas of the business.
* Development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns in conjunction with wider marketing teams across the enterprise.
* Creation and management of operational processes and reporting related to demand generation programs to measure effectiveness, performance, and ROI, as well as efficiency within marketing. This will include establishing appropriate benchmarks for all activity.
* Work closely with the SMEs in the Digital Demand team to map and optimise core digital client journeys across all digital touchpoints - i.e., web, email, social, search and paid media.
* Partner with marketing and sales teams across the enterprise to ensure alignment with business outcomes through clear marketing objectives focused on driving brand and product preference including Investment firm awareness.
* Management of the digital agency and core vendor relationships.
* Deliver demand generation roadmap and provide key milestone updates.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
* Relevant years' experience in marketing within financial services.
* Experience in a demand generation leadership role.
* Experience in a more generalist/field marketing role given the close working relationship this role will have with these teams.
* The role also requires strong experience of ABM, data driven campaigns and demand generation programmes.
* Strong leadership and motivation skills, and the ability to work with distributed and complex teams.
* Knowledge and hands-on experience of marketing automation and CRM systems such as Marketo and Salesforce.
* Demonstrated analytics ability around program management and execution.
