Quality Engineer Introduction:
Reporting directly into the Quality Manager, the requirement will be to support quality improvements across a wide range of products and processes. Work closely with other departments & take a proactive approach to ensure products and processes are maintained & continually improved. To support NC to robust closure to prevent recurrence, and adherence to the Quality Audit schedules.
Quality Engineer Key Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and guidance with both internal and external non conformances
*
Support driving continued improvements to drive RFT and yield improvements across the site
*
Support improvement of Quality Management System
*
Support manufacturing teams to meet customer KPIs incorporating quality
*
Participating in review meetings and update documentation
*
Focus on continuous improvement as our client go through significant change as an organisation and problem-solving solutions through the use of Quality Improvement tool, trend analysis and techniques such as SPC, MSA, FMEA, 8D and Mistake Proofing
Quality Engineer Ideal Candidate:
*
Competent and familiar with the requirements of Quality Standards, such as ISO9001 and AS9100
*
Certified Auditor (AS9100, IATF16949 or ISO9001)
*
Experienced in Manufacturing Quality Engineering
*
Competent in the use of Microsoft Office
*
Competent oral and written communicator
*
Problem solver
*
Time management
*
Reliable
*
Attention to detail
Quality Engineer Working Hours and Benefits:
*
Monday – Thursday: 08:00am – 16:30pm
*
Friday: 08:00am – 13:00pm
*
