We are looking to recruit fixed term Technicians (£35, - £36,)/Trainee Technicians (£26, - £27,) for a period of 12 months. These vacancies would suit candidates seeking an opportunity to develop a career in property survey and valuation or gain experience working in an Assessor's office.
Who we are
Central Scotland Valuation Joint Board covers the Clackmannanshire, Falkirk and Stirling Council areas and is responsible for compiling and maintaining the Valuation Roll for Non-Domestic Rates and the Valuation List for Council Tax. The Assessor is also the Electoral Registration Officer for the three Councils. The Board employs approximately 45 people and our office is at Glendevon House, Castle Business Park, Stirling, FK9 4TZ.
