Key Responsibilities of the Teacher (Day to Day):
* Support pupils across key stages with their learning and engagement.
* Assist teachers in managing classroom behaviour and resources.
* Provide 1:1 or small group support to pupils with varying needs.
* Adapt quickly to new environments and follow school routines.
* Promote an inclusive and positive learning atmosphere.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Recent teaching experience in a UK school (primary or secondary).
* Strong behaviour management and classroom presence.
* Excellent communication and adaptability.
* Flexible, reliable, and quick to adapt to different settings.
* Have an up-to-date CV (covering the last ten years barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one).
