Electrical-Bias Project Manager
Location: Home based with travel across sites in Midlands and Yorkshire
Salary: £55,000 plus car or car allowance

We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical-Bias Project Manager to join a thriving and growing team working across the commercial retail sector. This is a permanent opportunity offering long-term development, a supportive team culture, and the chance to work on varied, fast-paced M&E projects.
The successful candidate will manage a diverse portfolio of electrical-led contracts from initial enquiry through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, to spec, and within budget. Experience with fast-track or reactive commercial projects is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and coordinate project teams from conception to completion
* Develop project scopes of work based on client briefs and technical drawings
* Plan and agree project phasing with internal design and delivery teams
* Review and manage supplier and subcontractor quotations to ensure best value
* Conduct site surveys and attend regular site and design coordination meetings
* Oversee on-site activity to ensure quality, compliance, and Health & Safety standards
* Monitor and report weekly KPIs and progress metrics
* Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Key Requirements
* Proven experience managing electrical or M&E projects within commercial environments
* Strong understanding of electrical systems, installations, and compliance standards
* SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
* First Aid at Work Certificate
* Asbestos Awareness
* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
* ECS Management Card (or working towards)
