The Opportunity
We seek an experienced hospitality professional to join our dedicated team. Launching in September with 167 refurbished rooms in Covent Garden, public spaces and an exciting and contemporary restaurant and speakeasy bar, this is an exciting opportunity which will attract the best talent in London.
Were looking for a driven, creative, and relationship-focused Sales Manager to grow revenue and elevate the brand presence of our lifestyle hotel, reporting to our Director of Sales. This role is perfect for someone who understands that selling a lifestyle experience is just as important as selling roomssomeone who thrives on building authentic partnerships, spotting trends, and turning energy into results.
Key Responsibilities Drive room, event, and ancillary revenue through proactive sales strategies
Identify, develop, and manage key corporate, leisure, entertainment, and creative-industry accounts
Build strong relationships with local businesses, brands, agencies, and community partners
Lead sales efforts for group bookings, meetings, social events, and lifestyle activations
Collaborate closely with marketing, events, food & beverage, and operations teams to create compelling offers
Represent the hotel at networking events, trade shows, and industry functions
Prepare and negotiate contracts, proposals, and RFP responses
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies
Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipelines, and reports using CRM systems
Ensure all sales activities align with brand standards and guest experience goals
What Were Looking For Proven experience in hotel sales, preferably within a lifestyle, boutique, or luxury environment
Strong network within corporate, creative, entertainment, or lifestyle markets (a plus)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Commercially savvy with a strong understanding of revenue management principles
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution
Passion for hospitality, culture, design, and guest experience
Qualifications Bachelors degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
25+ years of sales experience in hospitality or a related lifestyle brand
Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
Flexible schedule with availability for evenings and events as needed
