Job Description

3. Manage and support a network of 20 dealer sites across Scotland and the North West of England
4. Build strong relationships with dealer principals and key stakeholders
5. Provide hands-on, consultative support to drive sales performance and operational consistency
6. Identify performance gaps and implement tailored solutions to boost results
7. Develop and deliver sales targets, incentives, and campaign initiatives
8. Analyse dealer performance data and provide actionable insights
9. Support retailers in adapting to new B2C sales processes and strategies
10. Conduct site visits (approx. 3 per week) based on priority and business needs
11. Represent the brand professionally, ensuring alignment with its values and standards
12. Collaborate closely with internal teams to share insights and best practices
13. This is a fixed-term contract role until March 31st, 2026, with the possibility of extension based on performance.

The Successful Applicant

14. Proven experience in automotive retail, OEM, or dealer network management
15. Strong track record of driving sales growth and operational improvements
16. Excellent consultative and relationship-building skills with dealer networks
17. Ability to analyse performance data and develop targeted action plans
18. Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable with a hands-on approach
19. Comfortable working independently across multiple sites with effective time management
20. Willingness to travel regularly across Scotland and Northern England
21. Strong communication skills, able to engage with diverse stakeholders
22. Experience in managing and supporting multi-site operations or dealer networks
23. This is a fixed-term contract role until March 31st, 2026, with the possibility of extension based on performance.
