Role and responsibilities
Support the commercial team: Assist with the commercial delivery of new build residential developments.
Cost management: Help with cost planning, procurement, and valuations.
Financial reporting: Assist in preparing financial information, including cost value reconciliations (CVR).
Onboarding and compliance: Support the onboarding of suppliers and ensure subcontractor order compliance.
Data analysis: Monitor and analyse material and sub-contractor spend.
Required skills and experience
Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience, preferably with a housebuilder.
Project experience: Experience with residential developments of 30 to 50 plots is ideal.
Skills: Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
