About the role
We’re looking for an experienced Reward professional to join our HR team in Birmingham. As a Reward Analyst you’ll support the delivery of reward and benefits programmes by providing clear, high‑quality analysis, insights, and data‑led recommendations, ensuring decisions are informed by market data, internal equity and accurate reporting while spotting opportunities to improve processes.
Responsibilities
Play a key part in ensuring reward decisions are informed by market data, internal equity and accurate reporting, and spot opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall reward offering.
About you
You bring strong numerical and analytical skills, are highly proficient in Excel and comfortable working with large datasets, have a natural eye for detail and a focus on accuracy, can work independently, manage competing priorities, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment where deadlines matter.
