Job Description:
We are seeking to recruit an experienced ER Partner for a highly reputable and admired organisation based in the Newcastle area. This is a 12 month FTC as the organisation continue on their transformation journey.
With a background in Organisational Change and Employee Relations, you will provide professional and confidential HR advice, support and guidance across a range of employee relations activity. This includes supporting, developing and coaching people managers to independently manage employee relations cases. When needed, you will develop and support responses on ACAS claims and/or tribunal claims.
As ER Partner, you will capture, monitor and analyse trends in formal and informal ER caseload across assigned business areas and proactively act upon data to improve management capability and organisational engagement.
Collaborating with Strategic People Partners in the implementation of projects and initiatives to add value to the organisation, you will support the Strategic People Partner to support their Business areas to effectively manage organisational change including restructuring, closures, and so on.
This is a hybrid role with 2 days per week on site at their Newcastle area based Head Office, the role is to start as soon as possible so we welcome candidates with immediate availability.
Salary is up to £50k plus super benefits.
