Responsibilities
* Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing tailored product recommendations.
* Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our product range to effectively communicate features and benefits.
* Assist customers with inquiries, ensuring a positive shopping experience from start to finish.
* Process transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to company policies.
* Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall store performance.
* Keep the sales floor organised and visually appealing, ensuring products are well-displayed.
* Participate in training sessions to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a retail or sales environment is advantageous but not essential.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
* An interest in photography and design and Photoshop skills
* Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating a friendly and approachable demeanour.
* A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a willingness to learn.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
* Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends.
