We’re looking for a Commercial Executive to join our dynamic team and play a key role in supporting multiple product categories. This role is perfect for someone eager to build a career in beauty or FMCG, with the chance to work closely across commercial, marketing, and operations teams — as well as directly with some of the UK’s biggest retailers. You’ll be central to ensuring our brand and retail partnerships run smoothly, data is managed effectively, and new products and promotions launch seamlessly.
What You’ll Do
* Manage and distribute sales and stock data from retailer reports and portals
* Support NPD launches by collating and setting up product data with retail partners
* Own the process of ensuring promotions go live accurately and on time
* Use retailer analytical platforms (such as Circana) to analyse and summarise shopper data
* Track and report on promotional performance and compliance across retailers
* Assist the team with POS tracking and proof of implementation in stores
* Build strong relationships with retail counterparts to deliver joint business objectives
* Collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of plans
What You’ll Bring
* Experience in a commercial environment, ideally within FMCG or beauty
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Excellent organisation and time management, with confidence handling multiple priorities
* Comfortable working with data and reports; proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
* A proactive, detail-oriented mindset — and a genuine interest in beauty and brands
