This is a SW post within our Connected Carers Team - the recruitment for agency is due to the demand within the service.
It is a full time post of 37 hours per week.
The team is based in Seaham, Durham. The candidate will be expected to be office based at least 2-3 days per week.
This is a specialised role. It is purely a duty role to complete viability and Reg 24 assessments across the whole of County Durham.
It is a non case holding role and the candidate will report directly to the Team Manager regarding the assessments being completed.
