Overview
We\'re looking for an organised and motivated PMO Analyst to join our team and help drive consistency and excellence across our project, programme, and portfolio delivery. In this role, you\'ll play a key part in shaping how we deliver change—developing best practice documentation, supporting governance processes, and embedding standards across reporting, RAID management, change control, and dependency tracking. You\'ll act as a central support point for the Portfolio community, providing guidance on tools, templates, and planning, and ensuring that assurance models are well understood and applied effectively. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys improving delivery practices through collaboration and continuous improvement. You\'ll work closely with key stakeholders, contribute to governance forums, capture and track actions, and support the evolution of our delivery frameworks. If you have a passion for portfolio management, a strong eye for detail, and a desire to influence high-quality project outcomes, we\'d love to hear from you.
In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;
Responsibilities
* Experience working within a PMO
* Exposure to large scale projects/programmes
* Understanding of the project life cycle
* Familiarity with project management best practices
* Excellent ability in structuring tasks - Managing tasks, upholding standards and producing output
* Excellent ability in evaluating problems - Documenting facts, examining information, interpreting data
