Qualifications
You will have:
5. Proven retail management/assistant retail management experience preferably within beauty or a fast-paced retail environment
6. Experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis and staff scheduling
7. Previous retail operations experience including inventory and facilities management and cash reconciliation
8. Experience of creating and executing in-store events

As a Retail Manager you will be responsible for driving retail sales while delivering 5 Star Customer Service. This involves managing and developing the talent and capabilities of your team to achieve optimal performance.
You will be responsible for delivering retail operational excellence to provide an efficient and effective work environment. By spending the majority of your time on the floor, coaching and leading by example to ensure The M·A·C Experience is delivered to each customer.
