My client, a market-leading organisation in the container, storage, and accommodation sector is seeking a driven National Account Manager to accelerate growth across its expanding hire division. Backed by strong investment and significant market share, this business is rapidly scaling and needs an ambitious commercial professional to help shape its next phase.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on business development, strategic account management, and winning new revenue in a fast-paced environment. Location is flexible, but ideally I’m looking for someone based in or around the Doncaster area
Key Responsibilities
Drive New Business
• Generate new hire and sales opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and pipeline development.
• Convert inbound enquiries into profitable contracts.
• Identify and pursue opportunities across Anti-Vandal Storage and Accommodation solutions.
Grow & Maintain Key Accounts
• Build strong relationships with national and regional clients to maximise repeat business.
• Conduct regular customer visits and site assessments to support project delivery.
• Maintain strategic account plans and deliver revenue growth through consistent engagement.
Skills & Experience
• Proven experience in business development, ideally within hire, construction, modular buildings, plant, or related sectors.
• Target-driven with strong commercial acumen.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Highly self-motivated, resilient, and proactive.
• Strong relationship-building ability and customer service focus.
