We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior PMO Analyst to join our Business Change Management team. Reporting into the PMO Manager, you’ll partner with the delivery and PMO teams to ensure that projects adhere to the TMK project delivery framework and are effectively tracked and monitored. You will support the successful delivery of TMK change initiatives by providing best practice and effective governance, controls and lifecycle support as well as accurate management information and reporting to the business.
Role responsibilities will include providing data analysis, identifying portfolio trends in areas such as project dependencies, metrics, risks and change requests. Key aspects of the role will be creating and documenting end to end processes as well as assisting in the continuous development and implementation of best practice standards, processes, tools and templates for PPM. You will work with the PMO Manager and project managers to ensure that correct forecasting and cost tracking is taking place on all projects and that the information is being reported accurately. You may also be coaching and training stakeholders in PMO practices, project management as well as effective methodologies and practices.
The successful candidate will ideally have expertise with MSP or other PPM tools as well as Microsoft products. The successful candidate will have significant demonstrable PMO and end to end delivery experience. It’s also important to change management and transformation experience, ideally in a delivery capacity and be familiar with key change management concepts. The successful candidate will preferably be PMP or PRINCE2 certified and have delivered projects with varied delivery methodologies including waterfall and agile. It is critical the candidate have considerable process documentation expertise within the portfolio, program or project environment. We are looking for someone that has strong communication and customer facing skills, who also has exceptional attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.
