Job Description
Retail Sales Advisor – part‑time 25 hours a week, Monday to Saturday (flexible).
Hourly Rate £12.85 / Annual Salary £16,710.
About The Role
Create a positive customer experience while contributing to store sales targets and KPIs. Maintain a well‑presented store environment. Provide first‑class service and support store outreach plans.
Responsibilities
* Delivers first‑class customer service in line with Nisbets expectations, ensuring all customer's needs are met and customer's repeatedly return.
* Take ownership of contributing to store sales targets and KPIsincluding Revenue, Margin, Conversion,Footfall, Quotes and ATV to maximize profitability of thestore.
* Contribute to the store outreach plan, with the use of your own local knowledge, which may include but is not limited to,outbound sales calls,visiting customers and participate in meetings and events in store.
* Ensure VisualMerchandisingstandards are met to drive customer engagement and repeat custom through maximizing Store KPIs.
* Accurately complete stock auditing tasks in line with managers guidance
* Process customer payment transactions whilst adhering to policy.
* Be accountable for reading, understanding, and adhering to all retail policies communicated by your line manager.
* Uphold great standards of Cleaning in areas of shop floor, back areas, windows, fitting rooms to create a healthy environment for customers and colleagues
* Treat all visitors to the store with respect and consideration using training provided to assess and approach difficult situations with the aim of a positive solution.
* Adhere to Health and Safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for all visitors to Store.
* Proactively ask questions to ensure comprehension of all working practices and procedures,

Qualifications & Attributes

* We need a good level of IT Literacy as you will be preparing quotes for customers and operating different systems and using Excel, Word and outlook.
* Someone who is commercially focused and motivated by hitting store targets
