We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Swindon to assist with the appointment of an Assistant Team Manager, on a 3-month contract, likely to be extended at clients discretion. Provide reflective supervision that supports relationship-based practice. Ensure high-quality outcomes for children and young people in care. Requirements: Qualified Social Worker with relevant registration (e.g., SWE). Experience managing or supervising social workers (desirable).
