2 teams (working Day shifts)
Pension Scheme & Life CoverThe Job People are recruiting a Production Supervisor for a leading Staffordshire manufacturer. You'll oversee day‑to‑day operations across two teams, working in a fast‑paced, technical environment where you can really bring out the best in your team.
Production Supervisor experience in one of the following areas preferred, but not essential:
Foundry
Heat Treatment
Furnace based industries
Ceramics and Advanced Materials
Sintered Materials
What We're Looking For:
Production Supervisor experience ideally within technical, engineering, or manufacturing environments
Tack record of managing large xsngvjr teams in a similar environment
Strong communication skills across all levels of the business
