Senior Resourcing Partner - In-house
Location: Birmingham, Bristol, London or Manchester commutable to a Currie & Brown office location.

At Currie & Brown, we provide certainty through our people. As our Senior Resourcing Partner, you'll build strong talent pipelines and deliver a standout candidate experience that reflects our brand at every touchpoint. You'll be embedded within the People team and partner with hiring managers and stakeholders based in (or commutable to) our Birmingham, Bristol, London or Manchester offices.
What you'll do
• Map the UK infrastructure, quantity surveying and building surveying candidate market, building talent pools aligned to current and future needs.
• Take full ownership of active vacancies, partnering with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to identify challenges and find solutions.
• Demonstrate creative ways of attracting and communicating with passive talent, using direct sourcing channels.
• Prioritising the quality of the candidate journey with Currie & Brown.
• Nurture relationships and guide candidates through every stage of the recruitment process.
• Develop talent maps and build pipelines for priority roles.
• Represent Currie & Brown professionally and consistently in all interactions.
• Collaborate with the wider People team to ensure a consistent, high-quality recruitment service.
• Champion strong organisation, a positive work ethic, and adherence to process and compliance.
What we're looking for
• Strong construction-sector knowledge and end-to-end recruitment delivery experience within a UK construction consultancy, with a solid understanding of the UK talent market.
• Evidence of competencies that demonstrate data driven performance and decision-making.
• Confident ATS, Microsoft 365 and job-board user, well-organised and commercially astute.
• A collaborative, 'can-do' team member - polite, diplomatic, personable, respectful, and flexible - with excellent communication, organisational and relationship-building skills.
