Starting Pay: $26.19 after 12 months $28.48
Night Differential: 7%
Essential Functions
1. Follow all Safety SOPs and procedures
2. Perform Loading, VNA, and Receiving functions per SOPs
3. Provide breaks to the Planner when needed
4. Operate stretch wrappers, forklifts, dock equipment, and battery changers safely
5. Fulfill orders according to SOPs and customer/facility guidelines
6. Read and verify load tags for accuracy
7. Secure cases on quality pallets to maintain product integrity during transit
8. Receive, label, and perform basic tasks within Warehouse Management System (WMS)
9. Utilize inventory management systems efficiently and accurately (WMS, YMS, Infolink, TMS)
10. Keep dock boards updated with critical information for efficient load-out
11. Monitor loaded trailers to ensure they meet customer expectations and certification requirements
12. Verify skid counts on loads match orders
13. Ensure safe and efficient loading/unloading in compliance with SOPs
14. Communicate professionally via radio and systems
15. Inspect equipment and report repairs to leadership
16. Contribute to SOP document updates
17. Conduct shift change briefings
18. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
19. Perform other duties as assigned
20. Maintain food safety and product quality standards
Qualifications
* Excellent driving, coordination, and manual skills
* Good record-keeping and clerical skills
* Basic math and reading proficiency
* Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Forklift certification or experience preferred
* Manufacturing experience preferred
* Proficient computer skills
Physical Requirements
Heavy lifting (over 70 lbs.) infrequently, standing and sitting for long periods, constant walking, infrequent climbing, frequent bending, and occasional pushing/pulling under 75 lbs.
Special Requirements
* Forklift certification ability
* Ability to work in cold warehouse environments
* Ability to multi-task
