Senior Project Manager / Project Director - Toronto / Ottawa - Canada. We are partnering with our client who is one of North America's major construction contractors (about $3bn t/o) to appoint Senior Project Managers to deliver design and build projects across Toronto and Ottawa.

The Package
* Basic salary of $165K - $260K (£90K - £140K GBP)
* Profit Related Company Bonus ($10K - $30K)

Responsibilities
* Manage construction activities to ensure the project is built on schedule and within budget
* Work with the pre-construction team to develop the project budget
* Hire key personnel and subcontractors to deliver the project
* Manage the project administration and daily operations
* Monitor the change management process
Requirements
* Experience working on large scale projects valued at £50m+
* Experience managing programme, safety and quality on site
* Experience working for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor
* Willing and able to relocate to Canada
To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate a track record working as a Project Manager on D&B projects (£50m+) for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor.
