About the Role The successful candidate will play a central role in supporting the Art department across KS3–KS4, ensuring lessons run smoothly and practical work is delivered in an engaging, safe, and well-prepared environment. You will assist teachers during demonstrations, maintain studio spaces, prepare materials for lessons, and help students during practical tasks such as painting, mixed media, clay modelling, printmaking, and digital artwork. You will also have the opportunity to support GCSE students with their project development, help curate school exhibitions, organise displays around the school, and ensure artwork is presented professionally.
