As part‑time Assistant Manager at Miller & Carter – York Lendal, you’ll bring your experience to support the General Manager, leading a team to deliver an excellent guest experience and mentoring team members.
Responsibilities
* Use your management experience to support the General Manager in the day‑to‑day running of the business and act as Duty Manager when they are not available.
* Use your communication skills to train and inspire the team to deliver food, drink and service they can be proud of.
* Be the role model and guide development within the team.
* Lead the team to deliver moments that WOW guests, keeping them coming back.
