The Opportunity:
Mattel UK is currently seeking for a Marketing Admin for the UK marketing team, who is a team player and eager to learn and develop himself or herself in a multinational and challenging environment.

What Your Impact Will Be

In this position, you’ll report to the Brand Manager and work in partnership with Digital, Sales, Customer Marketing & Consumer Product teams, collaborating as one team to support each other to achieve our aligned goals and vision.


Your Main Responsibilities Will Be

1. Marketing Team Administrative Support
2. Lead the creation of product line lists twice a year using Microsoft Excel with regular updates throughout the year.
3. Create quarterly Brand Activation newsletters, showcasing key marketing highlights and send out to the UK office.
4. Support the team with raising and managing Purchase Orders and Invoicing in Coupa.
5. Lead the product samples ordering process for Marketing activations.
6. Assist Brand Managers with campaign asset & artwork briefings and approvals.
7. Build one page summaries for Brand media campaigns and upcoming movie slates.
8. Support the UK Marketing Team with all administrative tasks where needed.

What We Offer

9. The ideal candidate for this position will be hired externally through third-party agency.
10. 4 days in office, 1 day WFH
11. Early finish on Fridays


What We’re Looking For

12. Valid Right to Work in the UK.
13. Fluent in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills.
14. Good knowledge of Canva and Microsoft Office; Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
15. Ability to work on a wide variety of projects within deadlines.
16. Confidently able to work on own initiative and action oriented.
17. Good tactical skills, ability to react quickly to changing situations.
