At Amour Recruitment, we are delighted to be supporting our client based near Petersfield in the search for a proactive and dependable Warehouse Team Leader / Senior Warehouse Operative to join their hardworking and close-knit team.
This is the perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys leading from the front — a confident warehouse professional who is comfortable supporting the Warehouse Manager and becoming their trusted right-hand person.
What your day could look like:
1. Starting bright and early at 7am
2. Jumping on the forklift to pick and prepare customer orders
3. Receiving and checking deliveries into stock
4. Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the warehouse
5. Assisting with route planning and organising next-day deliveries
6. Leading by example within a busy, fast-paced environment
7. Supporting and motivating the warehouse team
What we’re looking for:
8. Previous warehouse experience is essential
9. Forklift experience/licence preferred
10. A natural team player with leadership qualities
11. Someone organised, hands-on and happy to take responsibility
12. Confident working in a fast-moving environment
13. Reliable, hardworking and proactive
What’s on offer:
14. Salary of £30,000 – £32,000
15. Monday to Friday working hours — no weekends
